Client: A US based start-up

Objective: The client helps craft beverage producers in the US and Europe to build and grow a valuable tribe of brand ambassadors. Using unique augmented reality experiences their mobile enabled platform helps craft breweries directly engage with customers, create excitement, encourage interaction and reward them for their loyalty. However their solution wouldn’t be complete without an analytics engine that provided live business intelligence (BI) data on what excites customers and an opportunity to respond personally, in real-time.

Solution: Together with one of our technology partners we helped lay the foundation for the client’s BI engine using a cost effective open source BI framework and a third party front end analysis tool. We created an ETL process and data warehouse to consolidate data from multiple clients and external sources and build a cube on top of it to provide dimensional analysis of data.
